Annual Gala IT Technical Support & Live Operations
Provided back-of-house IT technical support and live show operations for the company’s annual gala. Managed the full multimedia workflow on-site, including AV equipment setup and tuning, slide deck production/playback, lighting effect programming, music cueing, and real-time control to ensure a smooth run-of-show. Designed and operated the raffle segment using dedicated software to handle fair multi-participant draws, live visuals, and result announcements. Coordinated end-to-end technical readiness across installation, testing, and rapid troubleshooting, delivering reliable one-stop event tech coverage for a large-scale program. Supported an ~800-attendee gala with stable execution, strong positive feedback, and a reusable technical template for future company events.

Company Website Development (Nuxt + i18n)
Built and launched the company’s official website using Nuxt, delivering a responsive, mobile-first experience with performance optimizations. Implemented multilingual support (i18n) with Nuxt UI, structured and published company and product information, and set up reliable production operations by managing Node processes via PM2 and enabling HTTPS with Caddy SSL. Drove SEO improvements using Google Search Console and Chrome Lighthouse, achieving top-ranked positions for target keywords.

Enterprise Soft Router & Full-Network VPN Integration
Led a company-wide network upgrade by deploying an x86-based iStoreOS soft router, enabling secure and reliable VPN access across the entire corporate network. Successfully migrated existing APs and surveillance/monitoring systems, and reworked routing and access policies to enhance network consistency, security, and long-term maintainability.

Snipe-IT Asset Management System Deployment
Deployed and configured a company-wide Snipe-IT asset management platform, establishing standardized IT asset lifecycle tracking and ownership processes. Took ownership of day-to-day IT asset administration, including inventory, assignment, audits, and reporting. Published the system via the company server to enable secure public access and remote management for cross-team use.

Minesweeper Game (Nuxt)
Developed a fully functional Minesweeper game with Nuxt, implementing core gameplay logic, grid generation, and win/lose conditions. Added Dark Mode for better visual comfort and deployed the project on Netlify for public access and easy sharing.
